Ingredients:
4 cups frozen kernel corn
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup margarine
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp curry
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt
Put first four ingredients into a medium sized pan and saute until the butter is melted and the onions are cooked (about ten minutes). Stir often during this time.
